NOTE - There is not a single cedar tree on the five acres ! The cedar trees are cleared with many oaks remaining. Easy build sites - Owner / Agent was the broker for the community. The property is ag. exempt by the owner allowing cattle to " free range" on the property.( The rancher agreement will need to be filed with the county) When you build a house, the house and one acre will not be ag. exempt. Most homeowners in the community are fencing the one acre to keep the cattle out of the yard.
